Mr. Krahe is the Chief Operating Officer of Elennar Management Holdings, LLC and Chief Compliance Officer of Elessar Investment Management, LLC. His responsibilities encompass all non-investment matters including legal, compliance and financial issues. Mr. Krahe has been an attorney for over ten years with nine years of investment experience including his previous position as the Director of Legal Affairs for Allegiant Asset Management Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National City Bank and a registered investment advisor with approximately $26 billion in assets under management. Mr. Krahe also founded a chain of car wash establishments still in operation in the Cleveland metropolitan area. Mr. Krahe received a B.S. in business from Miami University of Ohio and a J.
